An orientation session was held at the PDC in District Khairpur Mir's under the supervision of the Deputy Director, P&P Department. The session was attended by Head Teachers from 10 selected schools and focused on the Hanging Library initiative. The session was facilitated by two trained Head Teachers, who delivered a brief presentation on the purpose of establishing Hanging Libraries to promote a reading culture and spark children's interest in reading. They emphasized the importance of sustaining these libraries through active student involvement and regular engagement. The session was successfully conducted, with enthusiastic participation from Head Teachers representing various FAS Schools across District Khairpur. It is hoped that this initiative will help nurture a strong reading culture and enhance children's reading skills in the region.
